This Justice Center was comprised of multiple precast buildings. The largest of which was the General Housing facility. Alone, the facility was 412,00 square feet.  To create this space it was designed to have six levels of precast cell modules that would sit upon two structural precast levels. Each module was an independent, fully functioning cell that could be theoretically dropped or pulled out of the building without affecting any neighboring cells.

Surrounding support buildings brought the total project size to 593,633 square feet. These support buildings were multi-level structures composed of precast double tees, beams, slabs, columns, and insulated wall panels and spandrels. Together the support buildings were constructed with 1,850 precast pieces.

Although the project was significant it size, and complexity, it was actually designed and constructed under budget and prior to the expected time frame.
