As part of the City's effort to retain jobs and enhance residential life in the Downtown area, the City decided to construct a new 900-space garage. To finance the project, the City intended to use Parking Revenue Bonds. CEG conducted a Financial Feasibility Analysis in advance of the bond sale. Our analysis included a review of the project, site evaluation, supply and demand study, rate forecast, and financial projections for the term of the bonds.2
